POM DNA Paternity Testing will consist of a buccal swab between parties. While these results accurate, they will not be admissable in any legal proceedings or matters such as child support, custody battles.This test is solely to give you the peace of mind you deserve so you can best focus on what’s important, like your family.

Court Admissable Legal DNA Paternity Testing will establish relationship between mother, child, and alleged father and be acceptable in any legal proceedings such as child support, custody battles, immigration cases, birth certificate and/or social security matters and other legal issues. Due to it’s sensitive nature, this testing will require government Issued photo ID of each party, photographing of each individual being tested together or separately, last 4 digits of social and signatures of both/all adult parties before any samples can be collected.

This test is conducted by taking a blood draw from the mother and a buccal swab from the alleged father. This can be determined as early as 7 weeks and results are 99.9% accurate.

Rules for Testing Parties

NO Drinking, Eating, or Mouthwash:

Please avoid consuming ANY food ,drinks, or using mouthwash at least but not limited to 1 hour before the test is to be administered to ensure accurate results.

If a test is inconclusive, we will administer a retest at the expense of the lab, however, if results were obscured due to anything listed above, the cost will be incurred by the testing parties.

Once testing has begun, if stopped or interrupted by any parties for any reasons…the standard cost still applies.
